This is the ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT order for the Special
BTC Course which is concerned
to the"BHAR" Tribe, who shall be entitled to be treated as belonging to the Sheduled
Tribes for the purpose of training and thereafter if they qualify for the examination,
they shall be entitled to be considered in the Other
Backward Class catagory.
